Yes! Because XTreme Edge is so strong it doesn’t have to come up too high on the edge of the paver leaving plenty of room for soil and grass to hide the edge.
The XTreme Edge should come up 1″ (25 mm) on a typical 2 3/8″ (60 mm) paver. For something thinner we recommend 1″ or at least half the height of the material.
Polymeric sand can be installed immediately after XTreme Edge. For Gator Nitro we recommend waiting 90 minutes due to the high volume of water used for the installation of that product.
No, using a half gallon (1,9 L) of water per bag to mix the XTreme Edge is very important to obtain the proper strength and consistency to allow forming the proper shape along the edge of the project.
