GATOR XTURF INFILL SAND GATOR BEIGE is cost effective infill for GATOR XTURF. It is a natural sand optimized for perfect drainage of GATOR XTURF artificial turf. It is used as primarily infill to weight down artificial turf, providing stability, and cooling the turf. GATOR XTURF INFILL SAND GATOR BEIGE surrounds individual grass blades ensuring that each blade has support to stand upright and maintain appearance of the turf, while offering superior drainage capability. GATOR XTURF INFILL SAND GATOR BEIGE prevents unsightly wrinkles/ripples while extending the turf’s life by protecting the backing of the artificial turf.

Maintenance
It is recommended to brush and add GATOR XTURF INFILL SAND GATOR BEIGE twice a year, as needed, to maintain the effect and appearance of your GATOR XTURF.
- In the fall, remove any remaining leaves and other debris with the help of an artificial turf rake. Add a fresh coat of GATOR XTURF INFILL SAND GATOR BEIGE as needed.
- In the spring, straighten the blades flattened by snow, remove any pet waste and water down the dirty grass blades. When dry, add in a layer of GATOR XTURF INFILL SAND GATOR BEIGE.
- Add a fresh coat of GATOR XTURF INFILL SAND GATOR ZEO-WHITE as needed.
- For your putting green: Vacuum your putting green and add a coat of GATOR XTURF INFILL SAND GATOR BEIGE as needed
before your next hole in one.

Ideal for residential landscape artificial turf systems with blade (pile) height from 1 to 2”. Quantity suggested varying from 1.5 – 3 lb/ft2 (7.3 – 14.6 kg/m2). A higher turf blade (pile height) will need more infill sand. For landscape artificial turf, each 50 lb (22.7 Kg) bag will cover from 33.3 to 16.7 ft2 (3.1 to 1.6 m2). - Golf putting green
Also recommended for golf putting green having pile height <1”. Quantity suggested varies from 0.5-1.5 lb/ft2 (2.36 – 7.3 Kg/m2).

Installation Instructions
STEP 1 APPLY GATOR XTURF INFILL SAND
- GATOR XTURF surface. A drop spreader with an adjustable spread rate is the best tool for creating a consistent infill layer. However, be attentive to the rows with the spreader, as they will absorb into the GATOR XTURF when dropped.
- GATOR XTURF INFILL SAND requires a consistent speed and volume for optimal results. The more evenly you distribute it, the smoother the final surface will feel underfoot. Apply your infill material in a thin layer each time.
- GATOR XTURF INFILL SAND GATOR BEIGE serves as the primary infill ingredient for the first layer. Its beige color makes it a natural choice. For pet playgrounds, GATOR XTURF INFILL SAND GATOR ZEO-WHITE is widely regarded as the best topping infill to help eliminate and minimize odor. Additionally, GATOR XTURF INFILL SAND GATOR ZEO-WHITE is very porous, which helps keep your GATOR XTURF cooler in direct sunlight compared to rubber infill options.
N.B. Ensure the GATOR XP glue is set for 3 to 4 hours before brooming.
STEP 2 BROOM THE GATOR XTURF
- To maintain GATOR XTURF, use a stiff bristle broom, turf rake, or Power Broom to reset the blades. Avoid using a metal leaf rake, as it can damage the artificial turf blades. Apply firm pressure and walk backward slowly while working the infill deep into the GATOR XTURF. Work in rows and overlap your passes for even coverage. It is advisable to brush both north-south and east-west to ensure that no GATOR XTURF INFILL SAND GATOR BEIGE is visible and that all the blades stand vertically.
- Utilize a leaf blower to clear away any GATOR XTURF INFILL SAND GATOR BEIGE and/or cut blades remaining on the surface.
N.B. After brooming and blowing, lightly mist with water to eliminate static. This also helps the GATOR XTURF INFILL SAND GATOR BEIGE settle into place and keeps the blades upright.
